On August 3, 2022, the founding meeting of the Hunan Remanufactured Engineering Machinery Export Industry Alliance

More than 150 alliance member units participated in this meeting online and offline. , jointly discuss the reform and development

plan for the export of second-hand construction machinery equipment in Hunan Province, and seek win-win, mutual benefit and

common development. Shen Yumou, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group of the Hunan Provincial Department of Commerce,

delivered a speech.

After the establishment of the industry alliance, it will focus on promoting the implementation of the pilot tasks of the early-stage

construction machinery second-hand equipment export reform, including carrying out the evaluation and application of Hunan

Province's construction machinery second-hand equipment export pilot enterprises, promoting the introduction of second-hand

equipment export facilitation measures, and launching the second-hand equipment export base project. , Improve the management

of second-hand equipment invoices and promote the implementation of standards for second-hand equipment quality identification,

inspection and testing, evaluation and certification. As one of the member units, Hunan Golden Machinery will also help promote

cooperation among alliance units and achieve resource complementarity and sharing.
